Operating from Los Angeles County to San Diego County, they have been one of the premier builders in the TI/renovations sector for over the last 40 years. They are currently experiencing growth in the commercial office tenant improvement sector and require skilled project superintendents with experience on these kinds of developments.

Your new role

Work effectively with the project manager and all on-site staff to complete jobs with professionalism in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years of experience supervising commercial TI construction projects with a general contractor.
• Must be willing to travel as business requires.
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
• Professional with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Must possess valid/active driver's license.
